What happens next?

When your client rings your line, your Virtual Receptionist greets them using your company name, informs them that you are not currently available and asks if they would they like to leave a message or diverts them to you, depending on your instructions.

Your Virtual Receptionist takes down the relevant details and then sends them instantly to you via email (and SMS if you want). The message is also stored in your own web based 'Account Control Panel' so that you can look at them later or from any location.

Once your Free Credit is used up, your account is automatically topped up to give you £20 worth of call credit on your account. Every time your account reaches £10, we will automatically top you up again. Your top up default settings be easily varied at any time to suit your personal needs using your 'Account Control Panel'.

If you choose to cancel, you may do so at any time during the free trial and a full refund of any top up will be fully refunded during your free trial. After the free trial all we need is one month's notice from your next billing date.
