teleBIZZ Virtual Receptionist is an award winning contact centre based in Devon, UK and part of the BIZZ group, which started 15 years ago, originally from home by husband and wife team Nick Lunn and Gillie Scherr. Nick and Gillie fully understand the pressures of running a small business, as well as understanding the needs of businesses as they grow and change.
Neil Bullock, the Operations Director and Suzie Baxter run the operational side of the business with the help of our Team Leaders, Naomi, Simon and Tracey.
The team are experienced in working with large corporate clients, as well as hundreds of SMEs and sole traders, all of whom look for a professional service, but with the same common business values.
teleBIZZ Ltd operates from purpose built offices that provide the hub for their contact centre, mailing house, fulfilment services and IT development team.
We are currently in the process of also launching our business in Australia, so that they too can also share the benefits of our Virtual Receptionist service on the other side of the world.
